Program Description
Get a taste of your Coaches programming. For the seasoned athlete who can perform most “RX” movements, this class time is a way to push yourself right along your favorite coaches as you get a piece of their training. Learn more about workout pacing, higher skill movement progressions, breathing techniques and more while you experience what we do.
*Please Note: This program is for Athletes with at least 6 months of experience, and ability to perform most movements with minimal scaling.
