Here at CrossFit Lobo, we develop our very own WOD (Workout of the Day) program that promotes a mix of skill development, metabolic conditioning, and strength conditioning. We always try to post our CrossFit Workouts of the Day on our website the night before, including weights, reps and percentage of barbell weight to help maximize output (if you don’t know how to find these numbers, please ask one of our CrossFit coaches!) Our coaches can help you to scale the WOD if necessary during class according to varying fitness levels. Our WODs change daily, ensuring that your body get stronger and closer to your fitness goals after each daily workout!
