Here at CrossFit Lobo, we develop our very own Work outs of the Day (WODs). Our program promotes a mix of skill development, metabolic conditioning, and strength conditioning.
We post our CrossFit WODs on our website the night before, and we discuss specific weights and strategies during class the next day. Our coaches can help you to scale the WOD if necessary during class depending on your current fitness level. Our WODs change daily, ensuring that your body gets stronger and closer to your fitness goals after each daily workout!
