Back Squat:
Warm Up:  3-5 x 60/70% (Do what you need to warm up)
Working sets:  3 x 80/85%, 3 + 90%

WOD:

4 rounds
3′ AMRAP
5 x Pull Ups (C2B if you have them)
5 x Box Jumps (24/20)
10 x Goblet Squats (53/35)
10 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
