Strength/Skill:
Take 20′ to find your 1 Rep Max (1RM) on Bench Press.
 
WOD:
6 Rounds of:
For 1 minute:
10 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Max Effort Hand Release Push Ups for the remainder of the minute
Rest 1 minute.
Repeat for a total of 6 rounds.
 
Cool Down:
Place a lacrosse ball in your pecs and while in the prone position on the floor, move the arm through full range of motion.
