Back squat 5s – work up to a heavy 5 rep max and then perform one drop set @ 85% of your heavy 5 rep that you just completed
alt w/
5 x 8 kipping, strict or weighted strict pull-ups

3 RFT
30″ wall sit
8 bottom burpees

WOD –
11′ AMRAP
9 push-ups
21 air squats
**rest 30″ between rounds
