This is the end of our Chest 2 Bar Cycle.  This is the exact same workout that we did on July 28th so you can check your progress.
 
Strength/Skill:
Front Squat 5 x 3 Heavy
 
WOD:
3 Rounds For Time:
10 x Thrusters (95/65)
10 x Chest 2 Bar
50 x Double Unders
 
Cool Down:
Spine twists
Roll glutes, quads, hammies and calves.
