Strength:

Back Squat 5 x 50/55/60/65/70%

WOD:

4′ Tabata Burpees
20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes or 8 rounds
Rest 1′, then….
8′ Tabata
Lunges
Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Row
Push Up
Spend 2′ at each station then move to the next exercise.  So, if you start on Lunges, you will do 2 minutes or 4 sets of lunges, then move to KB swings for 2 minutes, then the rower, etc.
