Strength/Skill –
Back Squat 5s – warm up and get to 3 working sets of 5 reps @ 75% 80% and 85% – or work up to a heavy set of 5
alt w/
5 x 6 as heavy as fast as possible tire flips OR atlas sandbag over the shoulder

WOD –
Mental Toughness Day!
500m row – max effort
Rest 3′
Max effort row as long as it took to accomplish the 500m row in 1st set
Rest 3′
Max effort row for however many meters you accomplished in round 2
