Work:  5 x 75%, 3 x 85%, 1 + 95% (ME Set)
Then….
1 x 2′ Front Plank (perfect form)

WOD:

8′ AMRAP
10 x Deadlift (50%)
10 x Burpee Over Box (24/20)
10 x Air Squats
