Alternate with, 
Banded Pull Aparts 5 x 10 as heavy as you can go

Buy In:  400m Run, 
then….
3 Rounds For Time:
10 x Deadlifts (60-70%)
10 x Box Jumps (24/20)
10 x Pull Ups
 
Cool Down:
Roll the posterior chain:  glutes, hammies, inner thigh and low back.
