Strength:

Back Squat 5 x 50/55/60/65/70%

WOD:

12′ AMRAP
30 x Box Jumps (24/20)
20 x Air Squats
10 x Hand Release Push Ups
5 x Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups

Cool Down:

Spend at least 2 minutes on each side in the Wall Butt Stretch
