Strength/Skill:

Back Squat, warm up, then…5 x 75%, 5 x 80%, 5 + 85%.  (Use 90% of your 1 Rep Max if this is your first week on the program, if you have been here for the whole cycle, then add 5-10lbs to the weights you used on April 13th).

Weighted Lunges 3 x 10 (As Heavy as Safely Possible)

20 x Goblet Squats (53/35)

Cool Down:

Roll the quads and thoracic spine.
