Goat Training
Choose one of your goats and train that bad boy for 10 minutes.
 
WOD:
4 RFT
15 x Wall balls
1 x One-handed Farmer’s Carry (70/53) to fence and back
10 x T2B
40 x Double Unders (80 singles)
 
Cool Down:
2 minutes in the bottom of the full squat
2 minutes in pigeon on each side
