Snatch
 
Strength/Skill:
 Snatch 3 x 6 from the low hang (above the knee)
moderate to heavy….speed will lead to success here 
 
WOD:
 EMOM Death by Snatch (95/65) Power or full snatch as required.
1st minute = 1 Snatch 
2nd minute = 2 Snatch
3rd minute = 3 Snatch, etc.
Continue until you cannot complete the number of snatches for that round.  Then, become a cheerleader for your buddies.
 
Cool Down:
Hold child’s pose for 2 minutes
Scorpion stretch
