Back Squat Warmup, then 5 x 75%, 5 x 80%, 5 + 85% (the third set is a max effort set)
Alternate with..
3 x 10 Strict pull Ups
 
WOD:
400m Run
50 x Hand Release Push Ups
100 x Air Squats
50 x Pull Ups
400m Run
 
You may break up the work between the runs to accomplish the reps.
 
Cool Down:
Roll the quads, hamstrings and calves.
