Strength/Skill:
Back Squat, 5 reps every 2 minutes for 10 minutes!  (40/50/60/70/80%), then….
4′ Tabata Dead bugs!
 
WOD:
400m Run
40 x Goblet Squats
40 x Kb Swings (53/35)
400m Run
40 x Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)
40 x Wall Balls (20/14)
 
Cool Down:
3′ Supine Wall Stretch
Roll low back
