Strength/Skill:
Pick three of the following and practice them for 12 minutes in a triplet:
pistols, hand stand push ups, wall walks, pull ups, L-sits, Toes 2 Bar, Ring dips, air squats
 
WOD:
 7 RFT:
7 HSPU
7 Burpees
7 Ring dips
7 Pull ups
 
Cool Down:
Stretch hamstrings, calves.
Bow and arrow stretch.  Roll lats!
