split jerk
Strength/Skill:
Take 10-12 Minutes to work on form and find a heavy split jerk.  Not necessarily a 1 RM.
 
WOD:
3 Rounds for Time:
10 x Thrusters (135/95)
15 x Kb Swings (53/35)
20 x Pull Ups
 
Cool Down:
Roll forearms with lacrosse ball.
Roll lats and back.
Child’s pose.
