Shoulder Press x 6-8 reps
Rest 45 seconds
Kettlebell Swings x 15-20 reps
Rest 45 seconds
Supinated Ring Rows x 8-10 reps
Rest 45 seconds

Kettlebell or Barbell Shoulder to Overhead
Pull-Ups
 
Cool Down:
Roll low back, thoracic spine.  Use lacrosse ball to roll shoulders and between shoulder blades.
