By now you may have noticed that we’re testing a lot of 1 Rep max’s this week and next.  We are resetting strength limits for a new round of strength cycles when the Open ends.  Please try not to miss these classes.
 
Strength/Skill:
Overhead Squat 9 – 7 – 5 – 3 – 1 – 1 
Find your 1 Rep max in Overhead Squat
 
WOD:
3 Rounds for Time:
400m Run
15 x Deadlifts (60%)
15 x Wall Balls (20/14)
 
Cool Down:
Roll the posterior chain (low back, glutes, hammies and inner thigh).
Hamstring stretches 3 minutes on each side.
