4 Overhead walking lunges
200m run
2 minutes of active rest while setting up strength station.
 
Strength:
3 x 6 Deadlift (65-75%)
Yes, I did mean to put the strength after the WOD.  Adapt!  Life does not always cooperate with your routine.
 
Cool Down:
walk 200m
up/down dog
scorpion stretch
hamstring stretch
pigeon stretch
