then…
Tabata front planks for 4′ total
 
WOD:
3′ AMRAP
10 x Dumbell Ground 2 Overhead (GTO)
10 x Dumbell Front Squats
10 x Burpees
Rest 1′, then….
Repeat two more times with 1′ rest between WODs
 
Cool Down:
Roll T-Spine
Scorpion Stretches 4 x 30 seconds on each side
