Spend one minute at each station for max repetitions.  Rotate to the next station every minute.  The Clock does NOT stop.  You will go to each station a total of 3 times or 15′ Total WOD time.

Box Jumps (24/20)
Wall Balls (20/14)
Double Unders
Lunges
Row for calories
 
Cool Down:
90 degreee stretch.  2 minutes on each leg
