Strength –
Back Squat – working sets @ 80% 85% and 90%+

WOD –
14′ AMRAP
7 dips
7 pushups
7 pull-ups
50 wall balls (20/14)
30 box jumps

**all body weight movements can be subbed for 7 muscle-ups (like in the nasty ladder)
