New Years Eve!  We will have our normal/regularly scheduled classes all day today.  Tomorrow, January 1st, we will be closed in observance of National Hangover Day.
 
Strength/Skill:
3 position Muscle Snatch with Barbell Only.
Take 15′ to find 1 Rep Max in Snatch
 
WOD:
Open WOD 11.1
10′ AMRAP
30 x Double Unders
15 x Snatches (75/55)
 
Cool Down:
Spend 3-5 minutes in the Supine Wall Stretch.
Scorpion Stretches.
