WOD:
12 Days of CrossFit Christmas
Feel free to sing along to the “12 Days of Christmas” Song while for Time:
1 x Snatch (60%)
2 x Push Press (Same weight as snatch)
3 x Wall Walks
4 x Pull Ups
5 x Air Squats
6 x Toes 2 Bar
7 x AbMat Sit Ups
8 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
9 x Wall Balls (20/14)
10 x Overhead Walking Lunges with a Plate (45/25)
11 x Double Unders
12 x Thrusters (Same weight as snatch)
 
So you’ll do 1 x Snatch, then 2 x Push Press and 1 Snatch, then 3 x Wall Walks 2 x Push Press and 1 x Snatch, etc. until done.
 
Cool Down:
Scorpion Stretches
3 minutes of supine wall squat.
