Strength/Skill:
Sumo Deadlift 5 x 3 (70%)
Overhead Walking Lunges 5 x 10 (barbell or plate as safety allows)
Alternate between the two movements.
 
WOD:
4 Rounds For Time
5 x Sumo Deadlift (50-70%)
7 x Box Jumps (24/20)
9 x Bar Over Burpees
 
Cool Down:
Roll Low Back and T-spine.
Hamstring Stretches 3 x 30 seconds on each side.
