3 x 5 AHAP AFAP G2OS atlas bag throws

WOD –
w/ a partner

6 rounds for time of:
100 Double Unders (2:1)
10 Atlas Stone Ground to over shoulder
50 Back Rack Barbell Lunges (barbell only)

**split up reps as evenly as possible
