Working Sets:  5 x 75%, 3 x 85%, 1 + 95%

WOD:

For Time:
30 x Chest to Bar Pull Ups
30 x Push Press (95/65)
30 x Walking Lunges (perfect form)
30 x Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
30 x  Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
30 x Hand Release Push Ups
30 x Toes 2 Bar
30 Calorie Row
You may complete the workout in any order, but once you start a particular movement, finish all the reps for that movement before going to the next.
