Strength:

Back Squat
Warm Up:  3 x 60/70% (more if needed, warm up!)
Working Sets:  3 x 80/85%, 3 + 90%
Fit in….
3 x Sled Pushes to the chainlink fence and back (weight as desired)

WoD:

3 Rounds:
4′ AMRAP
200m Run
9 x Pull Ups
6 x Goblet Squats (53/35)
3 x Burpees
Continue from the spot your last round ended, 1 minute rest between rounds.

Post WOD:

5 x 40 Alternating Shoulder Taps from the Plank Position
