Weighted Lunges 3 x 10 (45/25).
Banded Pull Aparts 3 x 10.  Alternate between the two exercises.
 
WOD:
10′ AMRAP
8 x Deadlifts (65% of 1 RM)
8 x Overhead Lunges (45/25)
8 x Pull Ups
 
Cool Down:
Roll posterior chain (glutes, hammies, inner thighs and low back).
Hamstring stretches 3 x 30s on each leg.
