Strength/Skill –
Work up to a 5RM back squat – then perform a drop set of 5 reps @ 90%
alt w/
5 x 10 bicep curls

Work on whatever upper body push movement (HSPUs, dips, push-ups, strict press, jerk) you want and warm up your power clean

10 RFT
2 heavy upper body pushes (HSPUs, dips, push-ups, strict press, jerk)
3 hang power cleans
4 T2B
