Strength/Skill:
Back Squat 3 x 6
Box Jumps 3 x 6 As high as safely possible.  One step approach permitted, feet must leave the floor together.
Alternate between the two movements.
 
WOD:
3 Rounds For Time:
2 Minute Plank
10 x Toes 2 Bar
10 x Burpees
 
Cool Down:
Accumulate 3 minutes in the bottom of the squat.
Scorpion Stretch.
