Working Set:  5 x 75%, 3 x 85%, 1 + 95%

Rest 1′
3′ Max Effort Row for Calories
Rest 1′
3′ Max Effort Box STEP UPS (not jumps) Concentrate on activating the glutes and pressing through the heel.  Do not jump.  Core tight, chest up.
