Strength/Skill –
Back Squat – work up to a heavy 2 RM and then complete 1 drop set of 2 reps @ 90% of your 2 RM
then
3′ EMOM
8 burpee pull-ups

WOD –
13′ w/ Chelsea – this is a great test for Cindy – if you can’t finish a round within the minute, rest for the following minute and continue
EMOM for 13′
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats
