Strength/Skill:
3 + 1 x 5 Full Clean Touch N Go
3 x 1 Muscle Up (Bar or Rings) Scale to C2B + Dip if necessary.  
Alternate between the two movements.  The last set of Cleans is a Max Effort for Reps.  When you release the bar or rest at the bottom, the set is over.
 
WOD:

15 x Power Cleans (115/75)
15 x Chest 2 Bar
50 x Double Unders
 
Cool Down:
Pigeon Stretch 3 x 30 seconds on each leg.
Roll T-Spine, glutes, hammies and calves.
