Strength:

10 x Three Position Clean + 1 Jerk (50-80%)
You will clean three times without releasing the barbell.  Once from the floor, once from the hang above knee, once from the high hang (hip).  After the clean from the high hang, you will complete one Jerk.

WOD:

Death by Squat Cleans (60%)
Minute 1 = 1 Squat Clean, then laugh and stand around wondering if you wasted your time coming to the gym today.  Each minute you will add one more squat clean to the round.  Continue adding one rep each minute until you cannot complete the reps for that minute.  Then, punch Lee in the junk.

Core Work:

5 x 10 Hanging Oblique Raises.  (opposite knee to arm pit).
