Strength:

6 x 1 Three Position Clean (floor, hang above knee, and hip/high hang) (50-80%)
Clean from three positions without letting go of the bar.  First from the floor, then the hang above knee and finally the high hang or hip position.  Power clean or squat clean is acceptable.

WOD:

2 Rounds
5′ AMRAP
10 x Cleans (60%)
10 x Bar Facing Burpees
Rest 2′ minutes and repeat.

Core Work:

5 x 5 Strict Toes to Bar.  Try not to bend the legs, and no kipping motion!
