5 x 5 (50-70%)

WOD:

Open WOD 11.1/14.1
10′ AMRAP
30 x Double Unders
15 x Power Snatches (75/55)
Do NOT sacrifice form for speed today.  This is light weight, but respect it.  Perfect Pulls
