Strength:

2 sets of Three Position Muscle Snatch (Three from high hang, three from hang above knee, three from mid shin) (Barbell Only)
Then….
8 x 1 Segment Snatch (1″, Above Knee, Hip, Finish) (50-70%)

WOD:

15′ EMOM
Minute 1 = 4 x Snatch (Squat SN for vetarans) (60%)
Minute 2 = 20 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Minute 3 = 45 seconds of Double Unders or DU practice!
