Strength/Skill –
3 x 3 tall clean w/ barbell
6 x 2 clean pull
3 x 5 front squat
continue to warm-up and work up to a heavy double on thruster – get crazy

WOD –
For time
2 – 4 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 12
Thrusters
**in between each set perform a 200m run
