6 x 3 Snatch pull to Hip with 6 Second descent to floor (80-100%)
 
WOD:
15′ EMOM
Minute 1 = 3 x Snatches (60-70%)
Minute 2 = 15 x Burpees Over Bar
Minute 3 = 30 x Air Squats
 
Cool Down:
Frog Stretch
Scorpion Stretch
