Dawn’s Day! AKA Bro-day
Specific Warm-up for 20′ – start w/ barbell and add moderate weight the blood flowing
3 x 5 hang muscle cleans
2 x 5 front squats
3 x 3 tall cleans
2 x 5 push jerks
Then –
continue to warm-up and hit 5 HEAVY sets of 1 clean + 2 push jerks – rest as needed between working sets
