Strength/Skill –
Warm up for 20′ and perform the following
3 sets of 10 wall balls (heavy) – each set is for time
3 sets of 5 wall balls (super heavy) – each set is for time
5 atlas sandbag throws (sub wall balls if needed) – focus on hip opening and quickness

WOD –
4 RFT
21 wall balls
15 kbs
9 box jumps
