Strength:

6 x 1 Squat Clean (50-80%)
Then….
8 x 1 Clean & Jerk (60-70%)

WOD:

4′ AMRAP
5 x Cleans (60%)
10 x Box Jumps (20/24)
15 x Air Squats
Rest 1′ Repeat for a total of 3 rounds

Cool Down:

Roll the quads and hip flexors.
