5 x 1 Three Position Clean (40-70%)
Without releasing the bar, clean from the floor, from the hang above knee, and from the hip.

WOD:

5 Rounds For Time:
10 x Hang Cleans (60%)
100 x Double Unders

Cool Down:

Roll the quads and calves.
