Strength:

2 x Three Position Muscle Snatch (Barbell Only)

Overhead Squat 5 x 50/55/60/65/70%

WOD:

Every 2 Minutes on the Minute for 20 Minutes:

1 x Snatch (60%)
5 x Toes to Bar
10 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Double Unders until there is 20 seconds left on the 2 minute clock

Cool Down:

Roll the calves, quads and hamstrings.
