On each leg:
6 x 8 Weighted Box Step Ups.  (20 inch box)
You will complete all 8 reps on one leg, then switch to the other leg.
Then…
3 x 6 each side of elevated deep lunges, unweighted.
 
WOD:
20 – 16 – 10 – 6 – 2
Cleans (60-70%)
Hand Release Push Ups
Weighted Lunges (Choose your own poison)
 
Cool Down:
Spine Twists
