Strength/Skill:

Box Back Squat
5 x 50%, 5 x 55%, 5 x 60%, 5 x 65%, 5 x 70%
Sit on the box like you’re sitting on eggs, stay engaged, DO NOT sit and rock back.

Alternate with….

5 x 30 second Handstand Holds.  Stay active and engaged in the shoulders

WOD:

3′ AMRAP
10 x Wall Balls (20/14)
10 x Burpees
Rest 1′
Repeat for a total of 3 rounds
START OVER each round.

Cool Down:

Roll quads, hamstrings and glutes
