Strength/Skill:

3 Position Muscle Snatch (High Hang, Hang Above Knee, Mid Shin)

6 x 2 Snatch Balance (As Heavy as Safely Possible)

6 x 1 + 2 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats (Heavy)

WOD:

8-12 x 1 Snatch (60-80%)

If time permits….

6 x 2 Snatch Pull with 3 Second Eccentric

Cool Down:

Spend at least 3 minutes in the Supine Wall Squat Stretch
